• Client delays in providing source materials or feedback
• Unforeseen complexity requiring additional research or consultation
• Technical issues or system failures
• Changes to project scope or requirements
• Force majeure events

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon delivery completion, depending on the service selected. Prices are subject to change, and additional fees may apply for:

• Large word counts or extensive projects
• Multiple languages or complex translations
• Rush services or weekend completion
• Additional revision rounds beyond package limits

Liability Limitations

Artisticrelaxaro's liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Clients retain ownership of source materials and are responsible for backup copies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before work begins. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made before work commences
• Partial refund for cancellations after work begins but before completion
• Fees may apply for cancellations made after work has started
• No refund for completed projects

Modifications to Terms
