Additional revision fees are separate from original project charges and will be discussed before additional work begins.

Compensation is limited to service fees paid. We recommend reviewing project requirements carefully before work begins.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on:

• Your payment provider's processing times
• Bank processing schedules
• Weekend and holiday periods
• Verification requirements for certain transactions
